Gimme a call
I love SlimJim!
Sunday. 9.3.06 9:22 am
I had a dinner of SlimJim and ramen last night. Wait, the ramen was an evening snack, the SlimJim was my dinner. Yum, the spicy mixed with the crumbly cheddar, yum.

I may not be a college student, but I certainly live like one. Ooh, I've been wanting to try those...whatchamacallit, sandwiches that toast in the microwave. Mmm, nice and warm and easy. Except for one problem: no microwave.
Otherwise, I'll have one heck of a mess for meals because .

*I squeeze my eyes shut, trying not to think about the one thing that will make me scream. I do not succeed*

School starts in two days. TWO DAYS. Two freakin' days! I'm not looking forward to it. Sure, I'll be glad to see my friends finally, but I won't have any classes with them anyway. I'm just tired of going through the same motions year after year. Homework? Easy: read the textbook, answer some questions. Projects? Done = write up a report/essay/paste paragraphs and pictures on poster board + add stuff for extra credit. Or do the extra credit, whatever. Classwork? Simple -- Copy whatever's on the board and take notes from the teacher's lecture/discussion.

Whopee! So hard, er, easy. Welcome to my boring existance. *sigh*

Sorry, I'm usually pretty upbeat...XP

Slimjims are weird. And I haven't had ramen in years, I think I was 13. I only had it then because it came in adorable kid-sized packs of two (in the cups), with hello kitty stickers. It took me nearly two years to finish the four mini-cups. :/

My brother liked the micro-sammiches, but they scare me. Many foods scare me. I'm such a weirdo.

School starts in...
4 days for me. I can relate...school is such a monotony. I think I might have good teachers this year so that might help...I dunno. I just get the feeling it's all kinda pointless, because we're not really going to use it again in our lives (at least in most cases).

On the subject of microwavable food...no microwave?! What is the meaning of this? Lol how do you re-heat leftovers? I couldnt' live without one XD. Frozen Philly sandwhiches and steak buritos...rawr. Lol get a microwave...please, for your health ;-)

ahhh, i love ramen!!!

hehe well, you know how i feel about school already XDDD

although i think i dont have any classes with a lot of friends of mine!!! >_< oh well, opportunity to make new ones, i guess...

lol, for us, a levels is far from just copying off the board anymore. that's what we did for gcses, which i've just passed already... sigh, if only school was still that easy. still, i'm looking forward to it all the same! =D finally non-uniform!!! XDDD (yes, we had to wear uniform before... x_X)

I loooove SlimJims! So, how long until you graduate? Are you moving off to college after that?

I start school in two days, too!
and I'm SO not ready for it. I need to get my stuff together, and blahblahblah. But it's not too big of a deal 'cause I'm homeschooled. ha XD

Have a good holiday/weekend!

I agree...
I decided to work on a project for my design studio class... and not only did it help unravel my mind but also helped me focus on my work and get it done more effectively.

don't get burnt out on ramen too quick... it's a staple in college diet. pace yourself... :-p

School....
I've never tried those toasted sandwiches before but they sound like something I'd want to try.

You're so lucky that school hasn't started for you. I should have never taken honors and AP classes. The other classes are pretty easy though. But I guess hard would actually be okay if everything wasn't so boring. They need to find a new way to teach.

school's out for a week in Singapore right now! :)

school may be boring (especially when i can see that you are pretty PRO in handling all your work!) but it can be exciting if YOU want to! challenging yourself to be even better, helping others to be better, picking up a new hobby or sports, making new friends are just some ways to spice up your life!

Enjoy your schooling days! I hope you will be getting GREAT teachers this semester! :)

I'm a college student and I hate ramen.

Just thought I'd share.

College Students
They can't help the fact that they're dirt poor most of the time, but they're still totally cool. :D

Take it easy with the coming school year. You'll do great!
